CARACTERISTICAS:
Uvas cosechadas a mano. Maceración, fermentación y reposo luego de destilación en tanques de acero inoxidable. Fermentación con levaduras propias. Alambiques de cobre de la más alta pureza. 100% hecho con uva Italia.

NOTA DE CATA:
En vista: incoloro, transparente, brillante y límpido.
En nariz: notables y profundos aromas a frutas tropicales y cítricos en maduración. Presenta también miel y pasas rubias, cerrando la parte olfativa con marcada presencia floral, principalmente de aquellas flores blancas muy perfumadas como azahar y jazmín.
En boca es franco, con ingreso dulce y con un tratamiento muy bueno del alcohol que ingresa sin agresividad en una combinación increíble de sabores diversos y agradables. Tiene una persistencia muy larga, característica de los destilados de gran calidad.

MARIDAJE:
Sugerimos tomarlo puro y puede acompañarse de jamones y quesos ligeros, fruta fresca y pasas.

VINIFICATION
Low-intervention vinification, macerated in skins for two days. Spontaneous fermentation. Free of chemicals and enological additives. Not filtered.

 DISTILLATION
In copper stills, made with the highest-purity electrolytic copper. The pisco is kept for at least 30 months in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES
Colorless, transparent, bright, and clear. On the nose, it has notable deep aromas of tropical fruits, such as pineapple, and ripening citrus fruits, such as tangerine and lime. Additionally, honey and blonde raisins, closing with a marked floral presence, primarily of highly fragrant white flowers such as orange blossom and jasmine. Frank, with a sweet entry and skilled treatment of the alcohol, entering non-aggressively for an incredible combination of diverse and pleasant flavors. It has a very long persistence.
