VINIFICATION
Without intervention. Pellicular maceration for 20 days. Fermentation with native yeasts. No added chemicals or enological inputs. Not filtered. Aged in stainless steel tank and concrete egg.

TASTING NOTES
In appearance, it is cherry red with orange reflections. The aroma includes notes of red fruits, ripe raspberries, and fresh strawberries. On the palate, it is dry with the characteristic astringency of the Mollar grape. The entry has an alcoholic profile, without losing freshness, and it has long persistence.

PAIRING
Lean meats, lasagnas, risottos, and dishes with charcuterie and cured cheeses.

VINIFICACIÓN: 
Sin intervención. Maceración pelicular por 20 días. Fermentación con levaduras autóctonas. Sin adición de químicos ni insumos enológicos. No filtrado. Crianza en tanque de acero inoxidable y en huevo de concreto.

NOTA DE CATA 
En vista es de color rojo cereza con reflejos anaranjados. En nariz, se perciben frutas rojas, frambuesa madura, fresas frescas. En boca es seco, se siente la astringencia característica de la uva Mollar, tiene ingreso de percepción alcohólica, sin perder la frescura; y, persistencia larga.

MARIDAJE: 
Carnes ligeras, lasagnas, risottos, preparaciones con charcutería y quesos curados.
